1. Introduction
This Terms of Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the Free Cash Voucher and Cash Back Promotion (“Promotion”) offered by KalletPay. By participating in the Promotion, users agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read this Agreement carefully.
2. Eligibility
2.1. To be eligible for the Promotion, users must:
- Sign up for a KalletPay account during the promotional period.
- Complete qualifying transactions worth up to NGN500,000 and above within the promotional period using KalletPay.
3. Promotional Period
3.1. The Promotion will run for a specified period as announced by KalletPay. Any transactions completed outside this period will not be considered for the Promotion.
4. Lucky Draw Mechanics
4.1. A random selection process will be conducted at the end of the promotional period to select the lucky winners.
4.2. The number of winners and the amount of the cash prize will vary.
4.3. The specific cash prize amount awarded to each winner will be determined by the random selection process.
5. Cash Prize Range
5.1. Lucky winners will receive cash prizes ranging from NGN500 to NGN50,000.
5.2. The exact amount awarded to each winner will be determined through the random selection process.
6. Voucher Redemption
6.1. Upon meeting the eligibility criteria, users will receive cash prizes that will be credited directly to their KalletPay accounts within 30 days of the draw.
6.2. Winners can use the cash prize for transactions or withdraw the funds to their linked bank accounts.
7. Notification
7.1. Winners will be notified via email or dashboard notice board within 7 days of the lucky draw.
7.2. Winners will also be announced on KalletPay’s official website and social media channels.
8. Expiry Date
8.1. Cash prizes must be claimed and redeemed within 90 days from the date of notification.
8.2. Any unclaimed prizes will expire after this period.
9. Non-Transferable
9.1. The free voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.
10. Additional Terms
10.1. KalletPay reserves the right to modify or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
10.2. The decision of KalletPay regarding the eligibility of users and the issuance of vouchers is final.
10.3. KalletPay is not responsible for any technical issues or delays that may affect user participation in the Promotion.
10.4. KalletPay reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these terms or engaging in fraudulent activities.
11. General Provisions
11.1. By participating in the Promotion, users agree to be bound by this Agreement and KalletPay’s general terms of service.
11.2. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and KalletPay regarding the Promotion and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
11.3. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
12. Governing Law
12.1. This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria the jurisdiction in which KalletPay operates.
12.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
By participating in the Promotion, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
