This agreement governs the use of KalletPay services for payment transactions between business owners (referred to as “Business Users”) and their customers (referred to as “Payers”). By using KalletPay, you agree to abide by the following terms:
International Payments
International Payment Processing Times
Payments received via International, typically take 5-7 business days to fully resolve for payout or withdrawal. We appreciate your patience during this process.
Dispute Resolution Concerning Refunds
- For Business Owners:
Business owners will be charged a fee of 25% of the total transaction amount for any dispute initiated by their customers to KalletPay. - For Customers:
Charges paid during payment are non-refundable as they represent the payment gateway fees incurred when processing the payment.
A refund processing fee of 5% will be charged for any refund dispute initiated.
Disputes can only be initiated within 1-5 days for payments that fall under ‘Services’, and 1-14 days for payments that fall under ‘Goods’ after the payment is made. For disputes initiated after this period, please get in touch with the business owner directly for resolution.
